Dear all,
I hope you all remember about the discussion we had few days back with regard to an employee getting pregnant while unmarried.
I'm pleased and happy to inform you all that finally I could make the employer understand the situation and could manage to retain this employee. She'll be considered as a normal case, and will be respected once back to office :) .
I personally thank all the members for their valuable suggestions and motivate me to take it up aggressively with my management.
A BIG THANKS to ALL.. :) :)

Hi, Joes
done a great job,
but remember that you have to give all benefits to her as married employees regarding Maternity benefits regarding ESIC, if there is any other policy of your company, and take care for all female employees behaviour towards her as she is unmarried and pregnant. you have to comply all the necessary formalities regarding all benefits as normaly.
Best of Luck !!

Sanjay

Joe,
I had been following your last post where you queried on this matter and people replied with many interesting answers, quite intermittently. I would also like to congratulate you first for yourself being convinced about what was the right thing to do principally and then convincing others in company. This shows the leadership trait that you have. These small bold decisions have a big impact on how we make our society and how we view people. Thank you for your contribution in setting an example.
Regards,
Neha
