Default What TRAINING DESIGN impact business most

Dear All,

I have been trying to develop a new training model and totally new concept for evaluation since our old model was just based on the training given & hours spent by each employee but there was no great impact on business / people therefore I want to develop a new model which directly impact business / people (based on people efficiency/ maturity to take new task/ assignments or to move down the curve if they are unable to prove their metal after training)

In execution I was facing some problems if some one can help me with the following details backed by some case study : -
  • Unable to get the gap from appraisal data since the data is not compiled/ relevant for last 3 years (since HR was not there in the company) so is there any other method to extract gap ?.
  • How can I link training with promotions & grade changes. (Any examples/ case studies, since attrition is high most of the mediocre’s are left out for promotion)
  • What could be possible ways to do technical training evaluation – is there any firm/ company which can do execution and evaluation part on outsourcing model.
  • How effective has T&D been in impacting business (any case study)
Looking forward for your responses…
NS
