The primary responsibilities you would be expected to perform are:

--> Follow-ups with candidate and client
--> Client interaction
--> Account management
--> Handle HR related activities for the company

--> Excellent verbal and written communication
--> 0-2yrs of experience in IT/ Financial Services recruitment
--> Persuasive & selling skills
--> Comprehension of IT/FS terms and technologies
--> Client interfacing and Account Management skills
--> Sourcing for requirements using various sourcing methods
--> Perform initial level of screening for the resumes sourced
