Curve HR is a fast growing Search Firm, based in Mumbai (Hiranandani, Powai). We are work for the Senior and middle management positions in the BFSI segment and our clients are among the leading national and International Investment Banks, Equity Research houses, Banks and other Financial Institutions.

To supplement our fast growth, we are growing our team and seeking HR recruiter / executives for the BFSI segment. The role is challenging and has responsibilities across the entire domain – Recruitment, Client Relationship and Business Development.

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Responsibilities
* The consultant would be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
* Interaction with clients
* Head hunting for senior management roles (VP, SVP, CEO)
* Client Relationship management – shall be able to take on Client relationship management over a period of time.
* Business development

Requirements
* Experience in recruitment in BFSI industry
* Knowledge of the BFSI industry
* Ambitious and enthusiastic
* Should be capable to take on Client Relationship over a period of time.
