hii all...i m looking for some matter on managing diversity. actually the topic is managing diversity-challenges for Indian inc. i searched the forum and found few very good ppts on managing diversity but i am bit confused coz i couldn't come to the conclusion that wht the title exactly suggests. wht can be the challenges for indian inc. as a whole and for an individual inc. plzz guys help me out...
