All you need is to fill in the PAN correction form and submit the same at any TIN FC. The upfront charges will be Rs. 60+ST.

I would suggest you to go through a consultant.

I think that if you have a xerox copy of the card or posses the PAN letter or remember the PAN number and other details correctly, you can apply for issue of a duplicate PAN card. You can also apply online easily.

Collect an application for applying a DUPLICATE pan card from pan centres and apply as usual for new cards and submit it with photocopy of old pancard PRABHU

Hello,

I’m working for PAN authorized center.
Those The procedure to apply for the duplicate PAN card is like this,

You will have to submit newly filled form 49A and a photo copy of old PAN card with valid ID proof and address proof at any PAN centers.
To download the form or for more PAN related issues, visit the website www.tin-nsdl.com

I have lost my Pan Card and i don’t have xerox copy of it.Please tell how to apply for new Pan Card.

Those who don’t have their PAN no. and photocopy of the same can take print out of your PAN card by filling your appropriate details in the link knowyourPAN in the website www.incometaxofindia.gov.in.
