Salary range for recruiters?

I would like to know the Salary range the Industry is Generally Offering for

6months experience IT recruiter,

1year experienced IT recruiter,

1.5year experienced IT recruiter,

2years experienced IT recruiter,

Hi,

I am in an IT Solution Firm. We are paying following salary to our IT Recruiters.

6 month- 7K- 7.5K
1 year-- 8K to 10 K
2 years- 11k- 16K

Variable component is to be included on the basis of target acheivment.

Hi,

I am working for an IT firm in Mumbai our salary structure is mentioned as below :

Fresher - 10 k
6 month- 12 - 15 k
1 year-- 15 - 20 k
2 years- 20 k - 25k

* The above structure does not include incentives which are paid based on the performance

We are under the process of revising our salary structure by the end of this year would like some suggestions on the same.

Hi,

Well the incentive structure comprises of an individual performace incentive as well as a team incentive it generally depends on the salary a person is drawing and then the target would be 7 times his/her salary.

for e.g. A draws 10 k his target would be 70 k p.m. and 210 k per quarter

Incentives are give %age wise i.e. if A achieve his target he would be elgible for an incentive and the amount would be calculated at 6 % so he would get an approx amount of 12k.

This is basically how the incentive structure works out!

But you didnt mentioned what kind of requirements you normally do?

How you calculate on every placement?

What kind of target you set up?

well we specialize into doing middle and senior level requirements in the IT, BFSI, Engineering & Telecom division

How we calculate on every placement?

well on every placement we have a %age and that generally depends upon te yrs of exp it could range anywhere between 10 to 16.6 %

What kind of target we set up?

As per my earlier reply targets are 7 times the salary a recruiter is drawing.

Hi Vrushali,

Well the targets are determined on a quarterly basis and it depends on the amount for eg a consultant drawing a salary of 10 k would have his quarterly target as 210 k and if this is achieved the incentive would be 6 % of the target achieved.

So the target is determined by the amount and not by the candidates placed.

hi im a lil confused here!
suppose salary is 10k target achieved is 210k...incentive is 6%...den do u mean to say that the total salary the recruiter earns will be 10k+12k???
or just 12k approx????
are the targets easily achievable???
i got a job in a consultancy firm where the target is 10 times the salary...is it achievable?? i hvnt joined yet...plz HELP.
They are offering me 6500...so how much will i get in hand in this case???
should I negotiate and ask for 10k...in calcutta???plz plzzzzzz HELP.I have to join nxt mnth!
