This is an HR forum and you can not expect inputs on Business Plan here for a different line altogether. If the Business Plan that you were assigned is restricted to Manpower, then specify.
However certain inputs on preparing Business Plan
1.What Business you want to be in?
2. Where do you want to start?
3. What is the capital you are planning to bring in
4. What products/ services you are planning to be in?
5.What is the market size for these products and services?
6 What is the revenue you are planning for the next three/five years?
7.To bring in this revenue what are the expenses involved
8 What is the fixed cost you
9 What is the breakeven
10 Now look at the return on capital/Return on investment
