 Project Manager - Competencies
Hey
I'm a summer intern in a real estate organization, and for my project I need to map the competencies for different profiles across the organization. Currently I am desperately trying to figure out the competencies for different profiles within the Projects department, ranging from:
Project engineer
Deputy Manager
Senior Manager
DGM
GM etc
If you could also suggest some psychometric tests (maybe customised) for these profiles
