It was great day yesterday by meeting more and more new volunteers joining and contributing for the CHR Meet, Bangalore Forum.
We were able to finalize almost everything required for the CHR meet.
The update on yesterday's discussion are :
Welcome to new volunteers who have joined for yesterday’s meet and for their active participation.
The points discussed are:
- Final draft of invitation approved.
- MC’s finalized
- Agenda Designed and finalized. (Uploaded with this thread)
- Still looking out for getting some more sponsors for the event.
- Out of 4 venues shortlisted, 2 venues are in the final race. Depends on the easy accessibility and central location, and other commercials the venue will be decided latest by Saturday.
- Responsibilities assigned to the volunteers to take care, on the day of event. (Registration Counter, Seating Arrangements, Gift Purchase, Banner Printing etc.)
- People who have registered already with Promentor will be receiving an Invitation along with the Agenda, Venue Route Map, & Registration Confirmation number from Team CHR as well PMC (Due date 15th June 200
.
- We have not received any positive response for Top Referrer award. Still it is open, you can refer the no of people, but the registration for this category will be closed by 10th June 2008.
