Flexi timings
Dear all,

We have been talking of this flexi timings for sometime now, but is this something that can practically be implemented? if yes, who all can be part of this?

obviously not all of them can be on flexi timing, there are some departments that have to be at the work place to do things, say in a manufacturing unit, the operator and other shop floor people need to be there at the plant to work....in such cases this is not something that can be implemented, but by not inlcuding them in the flexi time policy and by only giving this option for the management and other functional teams.....they may think that they deprived of something....how can we address this from the operations and HR perspective?

Can some one send me the Flexi timings policy, if it is succesfully implemented in you work place? I would also want to know if the management is happy about this and if the desired results were acheived wihtout affecting the individual and the company's performance.

Thanks,

Sumathi
