Employee satisfaction survey

Hi All,

We are planning to conduct an employee satisfaction survey in our organization. Can any one share with me some information on how to conduct an employee satisfaction survey?

Suggestions for some sample questions would be welcome.

hi..

you can sample survey for employee satisfaction on individual, job content, co-workers, appreciation, leadership inputs, contribution to organisation.

Hey koel,

I will list few questions which u can use in the satisfaction survey...

1 I know what is expected of me at work
2 There is someone at work who encourages my development
3 In the last six months, some one at work has talked to me about my progress
4 AT work, my opinion seem to count
5 I feel safe ta work
6 I get opportunities at work to learn and grow
7 I am happy with my working hours
8 I am satisfied with the work load
9 My supervisor/boss treats me fairly
10 I get the training i need to perform my job well
11 I am always recognised if i take inititative

These questions are based on few parameters like role clarity, commitmeent to work, carrer growth, training, job security etc...

U ill get these kind of questions and its format on the net easily and even on our site...so keep searching...
