I am presently working as the Analytics lead in the recruitment team of an IT major.
After having read this link

and many other articles on similar lines. I would request your inputs and thoughts on the various tools and technology that you may be utilising in improving or simplifying your processes.
Additionally, I would like to know if the tools used are built in house or are outsourced.
From the industry span that we have done internally, we have found that tools like the one developed by Unitech, Hirecraft etc...
Request your thoughts on the same.
