Hi Poonja. First of all, I appreciate your interest in learning HR. Whether a qualification is helpful in shaping one's career depends more upon the individual than on the qualification itself. When we learn something, we get the inputs on the subject. How well we understand and what amount of mastery we have obtained and how passionate we are on the subject are all factors that will help us grow and glow in our career. If you have the passion on HR, which you have taken up for study, think about it, dream about and eat about it! Nothing can stop you in reaching dizzy heights in HR field. Now, in India there are thousands of openings in HR throughout the country. I encourage you to learn the subject well first and you will definitely get a break and I wish you the very best.
