I am new to this forum. I am having 2 yrs experience in recruitments i am looking out for a change in job and as well as for different role in HR.
Please let me know how can i change from my role, as my interest is towards HR Generalist or personnel mgnt.
I have joined this forum to get an idea that what all is required to jump from recruitments.
one more query should i ask for the hike even when i don't have exp in generalist role.
please suggest
