 HR Manual/HR Guide/ HR Policy
Hi Members,
I have seen many mails requesting for the HR Manual. You can get a copy of the same from www.technocompetences.qc.ca.
But, in many replies some of our members suggested to refer our citehr site for this manual. But, it seems, those who are requesting is not at all trying and requesting again and again.
Wonder is, the above address link is there in our citehr site.
This HR guide suggests what should be there is in the HR manual especially for IT industry.
A HR manual regulations and conditions will be vary from company to company, but still this guide will help you a lot, I am sure of it.
Please make changes according to your company and industry and design a beautiful HR policy. Use your knowledge, experience, skills and brain, definitely you can desigan the best one for your organisation.
