 Career guidance
Hi,
I am currently working as an Executive in the training department wherein my jobs involves, co-ordinating training prgrams including induction,generating and maintaining various reports and data for the training department,ISO implementation etc.
i wanted to know what are the future prospects for such a role.
I am working in a BPO for the last 6.5 yrs.
For 2 years, i was a Quality Assurance Executive and then moved laterally to the current role in the training deparment. It's been 2 years in the training department now.
I am interested in classroom training as well though havent done much of it.
Need some expert advice.
