| | Dear Riya,
Some times we people feel cheated with these kind of situations .
I hope you should not loose hope. Take decision from mind not from heart.
Think atleast you are getting experience that will be shown on your CV.
try to apply and contact job consultant to search other vacancies if you loose your confident then it wont be possible for you to convert the interview calls.
Be confident in your self .
One more advice i would like to give you never discuss your dissatisfation with your other colleges this will create rumour at work place and will spoin your image in office.
Update your knowlegde ,latest happening in HR.
All the best you will get opening soon
Thanks and Regards |

| | Dear Riya,
First of all in this situation take a patience & continue the job with the mentality of Receptionist like you are taking the training session of Receptionist, BUT dont give up the job untill you will get the new job according to your dream, it will make you happy. & when you will get other HR job, in place of wasting one day join that new job from the SECOND day & after getting the offer letter from that new company, forget EXPERIENCE LETTER AS WELL AS CURENT MONTH'S SALARY & at that time throw those documents on that person who is responsible for this kind of situation.
OK
BYE...TAKE CARE..

| | Hi Riya
Its very painful to be in such situation. i would suggest that u have to be assertive, u r an HR person so it should be in ur nature.
Second, if u feel that u r not doing anything productive or u r not learning much, u must go for another job. its better to leave rather to gain negative energies from ur current envt coz sometimes what happens we start loosing our confidence & its very worst situation. the rest is upto u.
All the best.
Rgds. |
