Default Research on Management of Expat Employees
Hello everyone !

I am doing Ph.D. research entitled "Evaluating Global Practices in Recruitment Selection and Placement of Miidle Level Expat Employees in Indian and Foreign MNCs"

The sample comprises of NCR based companies from ITeS, Pharma and Auto mobile sector.

I am looking for HR mangers who can tell me how they manage overseas assignments.I have designed a brief ( 20 items) online survey which takes only 10 mins approx.

Please help me .........its really urgent.
