What is Business HR?

Hii Everyone..

Can any one please guide me and clarify that what is the meaning of "Business HR" . If one says that he is looking for a person from a Business HR background for recruitment, what does he mean to say? What is the scope, duties and responsibilities of Business HR and under which head it comes Strategic HR or Operational HR?

Hi Sumit,

Business HR refers generally for an HR professional who is a part of the Business Unit. It is more on of Operational HR and less on Strategy. Generally the Business HR would perform all the related HR funtions like recruitment, induction, onboarding, ER activities, query resolution, PMS, payroll.....etc. and strategic HR generally focusses more on Strategy formulation, policies, framework etc
