Hi Sumit,
Business HR refers generally for an HR professional who is a part of the Business Unit. It is more on of Operational HR and less on Strategy. Generally the Business HR would perform all the related HR funtions like recruitment, induction, onboarding, ER activities, query resolution, PMS, payroll.....etc. and strategic HR generally focusses more on Strategy formulation, policies, framework etc
