Annual Salary Adjustment in itself is a big time study or say research. I would go with Harshads reply and ask you some more details about the adjustment thingy that you are aiming for.
If its manufacturing then do you have any specific Salary surveys avialable with you. You have mentioned something as "After the performance review" so whats the problem. Is your Performance Management system not calibrated to take the annual appraisals in account.
Basically when its annual adjustment then two things are very important i.e: Inflation and current salary avialable in the market.
So taking this into account would be great if you can reframe your question.

In determining the appropriate salary adjustment, the following factors will be considered:
1.Company Profit
2.Market Survey
3.CPI: Consumer Price Index
4.GDP: Gross Domestic Product
5.Employee Performance
Remark: the first four factors will impact the adjustment rate
of company, the last one is reflected in personnel.
