Hi
I have worked 3 months within a IT company. they have not given any document other than offer letter to me.
One day they told me that on employment verification they found date of issue of relieving letter from my previous organization , confusing. they told me to be on LWP and prove your employment with previous organization.
They insulted me ,I wanted exit , i resigned but now they refused to give me relieving document , they never gave me any doc ument not even appointment not even my remaining salary and perks
letter .
my concern is if want to join any other company . I have no document to prove my last three months experience with this company :(
even They are not ready to talk to me . I lost my job without prior notice. and i have no document to show , I dont know what to do ,
Please help me I am in very big trouble

hii,
why dont you talk to your previous employer & get the desire releiving letter.. the same happened with me.. my date of resignation of my 1st job was 4th April & in the company system it was 4th May.. and then the 2nd organisation date of joining was 10th April.. so when my present employer did background check they were confused with my both the experience.. then i spoke to my 1st employer & explained him the situation..they emailed my current employer & now i m relieve..
Try speaking to ur employer.. sometime it do happen.. mine was a drastic case but by the grace of god i sailed through..
Dont worry everything will be fine...
And why bother about three month experience & even if you show such an experience will be of no use..
Take care
& All the best

Dear
Do not panic. Write out a lettr explaining everything.Note that making a person to work without Appointment letter is "unfair labour practice".Go ahead and make out this letter & they will be on the recieving end.

Hi Jeet
If ur employer do not want to talk to ur instead of ur so many efforts than dear you must take any legal action becoz not offering an appointment letter to an employees is comes under unfair labour practices as Mr. Rajan said.
Now as Rukshi said you can contact to your first employer regarding the leaving formalities. R u really on LWP from your last company. You must leave a company with a formalities.
Now you can contact the labour inspector of your area and tell him all the situation.

hi jeet, first of all let me tel you 3 months experience is not taken as an experience.....experience after 6 months is counted..... 2ndly, if its impossible to collect the documents from you employer then its better you dnt mention it in your resume...just while giving interview tell them that you worked for 3 months and as they have not provided you any document so you dnt mention it in your resume. this will play two roles- 1) they will know you know the rules and authentic 2) they will consider you to have some knowledge......
but above i will always suggest you to somehow manage your docs.......
hope for the best...and all the best.......

Dear Jeet
If you have not been given any documents for your employment with your current employer, you need not show in your CV, when you apply for new job, since the period is negligible ( 3 months, which can be ignored)
Since you have been insulted by the employer and in order to further widening the gap, you can start search new job forgetting the experience of 3 months)
