Soft skills training in colleges.
Hello friends now we can see that universities like jntu and au included soft skills in engineering colleges. this is a clear manifesto that the academia is interested to see that the guys who go out of classrooms should be fully conversant with the requisite employability skills. since the last two three years industry supported this idea and offered training to various faculties of these colleges under various programs. now the problem is that how do they impart the training to these students. in the class rooms bound by 50 minutes period? can they show any difference between teaching and training? how far it would be effective? let us share ideas.
