Overall it has some great information for someone who doesn't understand the position. Just a few comments about the presentation itself. One, there are too many images which I find takes away from the overall message you are trying to send. Focus on the information! Second, you have too much text on your slides. Try to keep your text down to no more than 7 lines per slide. This keeps the reader interested in the subject and allows them to focus on the main idea.
