Further to the appointment letter signed by you on dt. .................., we are supposed to give you one-month notice before terminating you but looking at the present conditions we are reliving you immediately from your services and also will pay you one month Salary extra as per the appointment.

· Kindly handover the charge of your work, files etc. to Mr/Ms XXX with a copy to Mr/Ms YYY or undersigned.
You may add any other clause according to the terms and conditions of the employment viz.
· Your request to be relieved from the employment of the company [without serving one-month notice or with 20 days notice only]; shall enforce deposit of equivalent amount to the notice period (refer# clause [no] of your appointment letter). Therefore, kindly check from accounts dept. about the notice period amount and deposit the same before settling your full and final account.
Send the CC to your accounts dept. and obtain recd copy from the separating employee and keep it in his/her personal folder.
