my friend worked in one software organization for 2 years & left that job due to some personal reasons.last 10 months he is idle.not done any job,done some courses.recently he made trails for job ( as still working in the old company) & selected in one software company.but the problem is they are asking for last one year bank statements & salary slip.He is excellent in tech.skills.no doubt about that.they send offer letter & asking to submit bank statement & salary slip.Any body can give the suggestions.can we manage the HR people ?suppose fake statements submit,is there any problems?pls.suggest,what he have to do this situation.

Noone consults whether he can cheat. He cheats!!!!
Suppose I give an advice to you that you can produce fake certificate.... and if you are caught...... who will be in trouble.? you or me??
Manage HR people?? How?? Such questions in open forums will not really help you or your friend..
I guess you are talking about yourself and not for your friend.
Consult some known people.Avoid fake certificates. It will attract criminal action.
Try to be straightforawrd as much as possible.
