i am working on a project for which i require an example of a company who has successfully implemented job rotation policy in any company.

Hi Pratibha,

In Banking sector you can see the minute aspect of the Job rotation where the same person handle diffrent jobs on same lines frquently.

Other examples could be of govt departments where after a particular time (3 years as an ex) they transfer the Employees in different sections and on same rank job.

in my project ,i have to draft a plan for the job rotation for newly hired CA's. can i have a draft of any job rotation policy.i have no idea how to start making it.
