Default Art Of Interviewing

lVery often we see interviewee's scratching their heads to find a way, as how they can crack an interview.
Get tensed
Take Coaching’s
Speak to elders and experienced people
Take advices
Read Books, Magazines...wherever they find some information as how to crack an interview

lThey just don’t want to leave any stone unturned in their preparation for the interview.
But, have you ever seen an interviewer to prepare for an interview?

Lets Prepare for it

Thumbs up Nice presentation

Hello Satya

Its a very useful presentation. Thank you for sharing such a valuable post.

I too have noticed fresh recruiters at times dispaly arrogance towards qualified professionals and do not make efforts at concealing their judgement.

This should be a guide to all...

Hi Satya

That was really a nice PPT.
Hats off to you to share a presentation with all of us.
I have small clarification, correction me if am wrong.........

You have told that the interviewer has to intorduce about the company, as what thay are actually into........ Normally we ask the candidate "what do u know about our company" to know if he has gone through our web site to identify his interest in our company.........

So kindly let me know how to go about it...........

Best Regards
Kathir

Dear Kathir

with regard to ur clarification ,see here we are doing two things

1.while ur are infroming to the candidate about your company details and other important stuff you are marketing your company and building confidence in him
2.The other point is you are making the candidate to become tension free and giving time to relax and perform well in the interview

and if our company is small and if we have more competetion in the market and not known to all and new, then we need to tell candidate all the details to market our company ,how we are better in products ,services ,etc .our website may not give all the details or have too much complex things on it intended to serve different people visting it

Dear Nayana

As you said there is a difference in interviewing a senior proffessional and other level of people, the expectations from a senior are different ,and he is well skilled to answer effectively for any postion.here we need to lot skills to analysie and ways to probe deep into his knowledge set.

we do generally see people taking interviews and having a same process for all levels of postions which in deed is a very unhealthy way of doing a selection ,

in the ppt i have clearly mentioned how senior postions need to be handled

do share ur comments on this

regards

Hello Satya

Your presentation is meticulous and enlists carefully the do's and dont's while interveiwing candidates for senior positions. Its very thoughtful of you to share it with fellow citehr members.Thank you.

Your presentation would work as a guidebook for all recruiters. It is necessary especially when qualified professionals are introverts and may not necessarily be excellent in communication skills. Your ppt would help recruiters not "judge the book by its cover"....
