Hi Vrusha,

I am attaching documents pertaining to exit policy that your company has to adapt, please keep a mention of exit policy in your company policy hand book.

Please inform your employees that none of the benefits or accrued salary will be given unless and untill they go through wiht the exit policy

Regards,

AJ

Hi all,

Is it fair to stop the salary of the employee, who is serving the notice period.

For e.g suppose A has resigned on 16th of this month; so 16th of next month will be his last day in the office; so can we add it in a policy that we are going to give his 2 months salary on the F&F day. Is it ethical?

Regards, Priyanka

Hi Vrusha,

You have to give them the following documents

1. Exit Interview Form
2. Clearance form
3. Pf withdrawal form ( if withdrawal)

Priyanka,

Most people depend on the salary what tehy draw at the end of the month. So in my view stopping the salary is not a good practice. But most organization have this has their policy because employees back out once they receive their salary from serving their notice period.

If u want ur employees to serve the notice period then hold their relieving letter / Annual benefits if they have any and settle everything with F & F.
