Hey Friends,

lets introduce ourselves while giving the kind of organization u r working with and the area of expertise. This will help us in healthy discussions on specific areas given particular organization type. Its a very good platform and a good opportunity for HR/Training professionals to share their knowledge and experiences.

Quite surprising....44 views and only 01 reply.....I'm sure we all can take out sometime from our busy schedule and write down some information for all selves.

I'm also sure that most important thing for any HR/ L&D person is to maintain excellent relationship.

Dear Amreesh Mishra,

Your intention of networking of HR professionals is good. But at the same time sharing personal info in a public forum is a threat to the privacy of an individual. So, many people have seen your thread, but not ready to share the details. There is a possibility for networking in this forum, thru which we are conducting offline meets of Cite HR members, where you can get to meet many professionals.
