I am Mamta working as Hr in CS Soft. I have planned to resign the job and work from home. Is there nay home based job for Hr professional . something like freelance recruitment.

Can any body help me to know more about freelance recruitment?

1. I want to know wat are pre requistes for freelance rec?

2. Wat all the legal formalites?

3. Do we need a registration?
