Salary structuring Hi all,
I have to structure a compensation package of 13 lakhs p.a. in the most tax efficient manner.
The ingredients will be as follows:
o Basic
o LTA
o Re-imbusement of Medical expenses
o HRA
o Conveyance Expenses
o Telephone Exp reimbursement
o Education Allowance (assume no kids as yet)
o Books & Periodicals
o Other Allowances
o Bonus
Plz help me do it and arrive at a rough ball park figure. Assume that the city is a non-metro (i.e. other than Delhi, mumbai, kolkata and chennai).
