I completely agree with RGS. Referrals, blogs, web portals and recruitment agencies are the newer and most sought after means of head hunting with desired results.

Hi Hemant,

Call's with Unknow Name is also a mode of Head Hunting. It is an familiar and older method of Head Hunting which we still follow...!!
