Default hris project

hi and good day to all!!!

I m an mba student currently on my way to do a summer project.The topic I m interested in is Human Resource Information system(HRIS).If anyone can help me out withe topic, how I should start with the project,report or questionnaire, please do send me soon.

even i m MBA student. currently doing summer in ONGC n my topic for summer is empact of IT in HR department.
so from where u r doing MBA and currently where summer training you r doing?
if that co is big then u can tak this topic only.

i am a first year student doing HRIS project... the organisation wanted me to develop a software for the project... i thought of doing it with Visual Basic and oracle(sql plus) can somebody help me....

and the above attachment is my topic...m yet to complete the suvey.

hi varsha!!!

thanks a lot for the information. actually i m doing my project abroad. and i wish do something different from the usual stuff. but now i think i cant do it in hris since there is some difficulties in doing it in the company i opted. its a construction company. i m totally confused at what to do. once again thanks for the information.
