I m an M.A H.R.M student currently doing my summer project.My topic is Human Resource Information system(HRIS).If anyone can help me out withe topic, how I should start with the project,report or questionnaire, please Help me with some information as soon as possible.

its evolution
various modules in it
various vendors

But i am more intrested in facts and figues of Cost benefit analysis for HRMS
Can u please help me with such data or research papers?
