PG from ICFAI: plz advice
Hi All

I have done my PG in HR from Symbiosis and am already working in a very big Company in the HR.
I would like to keep on adding to my qualifications to make my growth prospects better so please advice me:-

ICFAI offers some PG courses in specialised fields of HR: PG in T&D; PG in Leadership and Change management; PG in Performance Management.

Firstly: would it at all be worthwhile to pursue any one of these courses?

If yes, then secondly: out of the above three PG courses mentioned, which one do you think would be better? I am personally thinking to go for PG in Performance Management, however, would appreciate your valued opinions in this regard.

Also, if anyone could tell me whether the exam questions are objective or subjective type, it would help.

Regards,
Brandon.

Hi Brendon,

Congratulations on your success.

I suggest you must go in for leadership and change management, that would be one of the most seeked after concepts in the coming years due to the growth in economy.

Also change managment guys are not that easy to find, you might be able to find a lot of people in Performance Management and with the advent of IT into HR its even more easy, Performance Management is soon to become a analysis job than anything else, once the industry accepts a common norm.

ICFAI as far as I know is a popular institute also for me Learning never stops hence if you could obtain a certificate by doing so its great and its sure going to have additional value if you consider for a change later on.

Regards,

AJ
