Currently I have been retained by one of our clients to carryout sourcing for an exceptional person with the following capabilities for their Development Centre in Pune. A small breif about the position and the company are as follows.
Position: Director – HR
Role: Generalist and Strategic HR
Location: Pune
Reports to: VP- Global Engineering and GM - Operations
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Age: 38 to 45 yrs
Experience: 14-18 yrs and should have been working in IT sector since 7/8 yrs atleast.
Remuneration: As per the norms and standards

v Articulate at communication and broad mind. v Positive outlook and inspire confidence. v Understand sensibility of the organization. v Should be understandable and adjustable to the policies and crisis management. v Develop and streamline the strategies. v Ability to understand the pain points and addressing the concerns. v Put the process and procedures in place. Support all the Generlist HR functions.
