Dear Friends,
Could anyone give me the information about PF Returns & Challans(Monthly & Yearly). Bcoz someone is saying that we have to submit the Returens Montly(Form is R1) instead of Yearly. Could you give me the complete information about PF Returns?

Dear Chaithanya,
As per PF Act, following returns you have file - Monthly Return : In this return you have to fill Form 5, 10 and 12. and submit it PF Office . In Form 5 you have provide the details of new joinee in that month, in Form 10 details of Left employees for that month. FORM 12 is for the Challan Details.
- Annual Return : Form 3A and Form 6.
