Smile IOCL papers for HR professionals

Can anybody provide me with previous year's IOCL papers for HR professional.

Default IOCL Paper

Last year, the Question paper had 200 MCQs(100 from Maths, English, Reasoning, GK + 100 from subject paper i.e. if i am applying for HR then 100 questions from HR discipline.).

Default IOCL Paper

There is no such syllabus. Most of the Questions are from OB (motivation, personality, Attitude & Perception, Culture), OD, Performance Appraisal, T&D and few from labour laws.

Hi 2 all,
ya i hav also given iocl paper last year.
The most of the paper hav OB questions. So guys prepare them well. All d Best 2 u all.

hey M. Nalini,
no i m sayng most of it bt nt all if u hav sum knowledge of labor laws then brush up them cz they can ask any act. Bt i think u shud nt waste time on them as they require deep knowledge.
