Our Train The Trainer course objective is to enable attendees to design, train, evaluate and measure effective training programs. Attendees will also learn how to design training of any length for groups of numerous sizes, learning styles, experience and of any age. We focus on delivery skills to include effective body language, personal interjection and voice inflection and also various techniques when handling difficult trainees and controlling the group as a whole. Mr. Vijaykumar s Gaddam is a dynamic facilitator and trainer with more than 10 years of experience in the private, public, and governmental sectors. Vijay has a Done MBA-HRM ,degree in computers. His background includes mediation and conflict resolution, organizational assessment and strategic planning, performance management, superior communications skills, program development and evaluation, training and facilitation. He has worked extensively with two major organization 1.Quality circle forum of india 2. AIMA (pune chapters).Vijay's goals as an instructor/ trainer are to influence people by providing purpose, direction and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organization.

Default I need freelance work right now!

Hi,

I require some freelance work, i don't intend to join any courses for training.

I also have a good voice so could i know how to get projects for a voice over artist as well.
