the issue of ego clas has righlty been mentioned. I have seen many people fighting in threads over trivial issues. Please respect others' views. Everyone has a right to share and contribute. Ego is the root cause for an unhealthy environment

Thanks a lot... This is something very much inevitable and the initiative is just fantabulous.

1. It is usually observed that many topics posted are usually repeated many times in the first 3 pages itself and many times multiple posts on the same topic appear on the 1st page itself.
My humble request to the members of our community is that before posting a new thread kindly see for the postings on the same topic. THis request is just to see to it that all the feedbacks and suggestions are available on the same thread for other vistors also.
The best and the most recent example is New Year Wishes...., on the 1st page itself there are 5-6 different threads on new year wishes and everywhere there are 7-8 postings.
It would have been much better if every member added his wishes in the same thread so that every body's wish for every body is reaches everybody!!
2. Just quoting an example randomly - absolutely no intention of pin pointing any one.
Refer to ebook- Bhagvad Gita- Must download!. This is a posting where by mistake by mistake Parul missed to attach the file and the thread is going from pages to pages and at present it is at page 7 just with requests from other members to have the attachment sent to their personal IDs. Ideally the person starting the post should revisit the page and edit the thread by uploading the attachment file or else the moderator should clean up such topics

But whatever and how ever - this comunity is really excellent and let us continue to maintain this standard by prectising the above suggestions.

Regards,

Bharathi
